Dietary Fiber: Why Do We Have To Have It?
In this work, every week for two weeks, study volunteers consumed ten unprocessed meals that had been high in fiber. The composition of their gut microbiome and brief-chain fatty acid production was monitored just before and just after the time on the high fiber diet program.
